Picklist Agent Update

The AccessorySmart Picklist Agent has been updated

We’ve updated the Picklist Agent in compliance with recent browser security requirements.

To continue exporting picklists to Lightspeed, please download and install the updated Picklist Agent.
The Picklist Agent can be downloaded from AccessorySmart Settings > DMS Settings page.

See below for a step-by-step guide to update your Picklist Agent.

Please note: This update only impacts the export of part data to Lightspeed; the import of your store pricing and quantity information from Lightspeed to AccessorySmart is not impacted and no update is required.

 

Update Your Picklist Agent

Step 1 – The Picklist Agent can be downloaded from AccessorySmart Settings > DMS Settings page.

Repeat the installation on all computers with CDK Lightspeed installed where you with to export picklists.
Important: You will need to have administrative rights for the computer you are using in order to download and install the AccessorySmart Picklist Agent.

Step 2 – Locate the file you have downloaded and run it to install the program.

    • The Agent Installer will remove previously-installed versions of the Picklist Agent

    • Choose Standard (Recommended) installation type

Step 3 – If prompted, please reboot your computer.

Important: If you defer this Picklist Agent update, your picklist export to Lightspeed will no longer work.
