If a part has supersession or prior parts associated to it, you will see a notification icon next to the “Add to Pick List” link in the search results. Clicking on this icon will open the part detail panel with the supersessions and priors presented in order from oldest to newest.
Clicking on the ‘Add’ button in that list will add that part to the active pick list or create a new pick list if one has not been created yet.
