Clicking on the image icon will transform the diagram list into thumbnails to help you visually identify the diagram you are looking for.
If you want the thumbnails to display automatically every time you open a model detail panel, go to User Settings to apply that setting.
Click on the User Settings icon, select User Settings and open the My Settings panel.
Go to the IPL View Preference section and select Thumbnail, then click on Save.
