Please consult this document before installing the DMS Agent to confirm if your DMS requires specific additional setup.
- If you do not see your DMS on the below list or Scheduled Task Install is listed as “no”, please use the Default DMS Installation.
- If you use any of the DMS options requiring Scheduled Task Install below, you will instead use the Modified DMS Agent installation.
- Some DMS options requiring Scheduled Task installation also require the DMS Agent compliance setting set to false. You will see additional instructions within the Scheduled Task Install for setting Compliance = False. Please follow those instructions DMS options with Compliance = False.
- Some DMS options require other additional Instructions. Please scroll to the bottom of this document for additional instructions if you see your DMS requires Other Items.

Ideal

- Create a listener in Ideal before installing.
- In Ideal go to Open a Cash Sale > Order Entry
- Enter a salesperson. You may use any name. We recommend the name of the computer or the user.
