The PDF publishing feature can generate a PDF file for a chosen model in its current state, or a historical point for that model. The PDF publisher feature can be found in the model level view, under the PDF tab. A generated PDF will consist of a cover page with the model name, a table of contents, IPL diagrams, and the IPL parts list for the included diagrams.
