The Parts Export Module is a paid for module that will allow you to export parts information available in your DataManager catalog. To access the module, access must be enabled by LeadVenture. Once access is granted, you will see this screen when searching for parts:
A search must be done to see the Export functions.
When clicking on Export Setting, this screen will pop up:
Through this screen, the different types of exports are presented to you. By checking all of the boxes, you are indicating that you would like an export that contains all the information as shown. The export will contain Description and Status, Pricing (you can check which pricing groups you would like to export), and Supersessions. By pressing Apply, the settings will be saved. The export will be completed by clicking Export which will download a zip through which you can access all the exports shown above.
If there is a high volume of parts being exported, it may take a couple of minutes for the export to complete. The loading indicator will be on the tab
Another export should not be reissued while this is occurring.
